So it is going to be interesting to see what comes of Blago’s defense because in reality, there is enough there to destroy Obama…I think part of the reason the prosecution rested so quickly was to catch the defense off guard and limit what was revealed….Amazingly enough, this is being covered nowhere in the MSM this trial. (It is ridiculous) Could you imagine if this was George Bush as president still and Haley Barbour was accused of selling Bush’s seat…it would be a three ring circus leading the MSM news every night, as it is there is hardly a whisper.
Then there is the whole New Black Panther Party Scandal….What amazes me is that the GOP is so tone deaf anymore that they are not even going after anything the way they should. They should be going after the democratic party and calling on Obama and the NAACP to disavow the New Black Panthers in their racist overtones and comparing that to the Tea Party. They should also be in prime time talking about their concern regarding Blago and what did the White House know and when did they know it…If they had any competence at all within the GOP, they would regain everything in November with a crushing landslide.
They need to call out the hypocrisy of Obama, NAACP, Jesse Jackson, etc as well as capitalize on the scandal that is Blago…yet, they are not willing to do any of it because they are spineless…The GOP is a joke!
The GOP needs a real voice and we need it now more than ever! However, we need a voice that has the balls to willingly tackle the real issues…the racism that is the Obama Administration and the scandal that is the bribery/extorting/selling of his old Senate seat!
